10I Validity of acts and decisions
An act or decision of Energy Safe Victoria is not invalid merely because of—
(a)
a vacancy in the office of a Commissioner at the time of the decision; or
(b)
a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a Commissioner or an acting Commissioner.
