51 Transitional provisions—Energy and Land Legislation Amendment (Energy Safety) Act 2025
(1)
This section applies if Part 5 of the amending Act does not come into operation on or before 31 May 2025.
(2)
On and from the commencement day, the corporate plan submitted most recently before the commencement day is taken to be the corporate plan submitted for the purposes of section 19(2)(a).
(3)
In this section—
amending Act means the Energy and Land Legislation Amendment (Energy Safety) Act 2025;
commencement day means the day on which Part 5 of the amending Act comes into operation.
