132 Offence to supply false or misleading information

(1)
A person must not provide false or misleading information or documents to any person or body in connection with—
(a)
a written statement under section 118; or
(b)
a notice under section 127(2); or
(c)
a report under section 131.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units.
