164 Combination of notices of decision
S. 164 inserted by No. 39/2018 s. 7 (as amended by Nos 27/2019 ss 12−30, 3/2020 ss 42–44, 47/2020 s. 26).
This section applies if—
notice of a decision to make or not make a proposed declaration must be published under section 159(4); and
a regulatory impact statement is prepared under section 7 or 12E of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 for a proposed statutory rule or proposed legislative instrument that relates to the proposed issue of environmental concern.
Notice of decision to make or not make a proposed declaration required under section 159(4) may be combined with the notice required under section 12 or 12J of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
