189 Purpose of Part
S. 189 inserted by No. 39/2018 s. 7 (as amended by Nos 27/2019 ss 12−30, 3/2020 ss 42–44, 47/2020 s. 26).
The purpose of this Part is to provide for—
(a)
the appointment of environmental auditors; and
(b)
a system of preliminary risk screen assessments and environmental audits—
for use in the planning, approving, regulating, managing or conducting of activities and in the protection of human health and the environment.
