A person must not falsely hold themself out to be all or any of the following—
an analyst;
an authorised officer;
a council officer who is performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act ;
an environmental auditor;
a litter enforcement officer;
a residential noise enforcement officer;
a person or a member of a class of person that is a prescribed role;
any other person performing a function or duty or exercising a power under this Act.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
