479 Certificates of environmental audits and statements of environmental audit

This section applies to a certificate of environmental audit or statement of environmental audit—
issued under the old Act before the commencement day; or
taken to have been issued under the new Act because of section 478.
The certificate of environmental audit or statement of environmental audit may be withdrawn or amended under section 53ZA of the old Act.
Section 213(5) and (6) of the new Act apply, with any necessary modifications, to the certificate of environmental audit or a statement environmental audit.
Section 53ZE of the old Act continues to apply to the statement of environmental audit, as if that section had not been repealed, until the end of the period of 12 months beginning on the commencement day.
