94 Application of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 to environment reference standards
S. 94 inserted by No. 39/2018 s. 7 (as amended by Nos 27/2019 ss 12−30, 3/2020 ss 42–44, 47/2020 s. 26).
Section 12F(1)(a) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 applies to an environment reference standard as if the reference to a significant economic or social burden were a reference to a significant impact.
The Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 applies to an environment reference standard as if a reference to a regulatory impact statement were a reference to an impact assessment prepared under section 95(1).
Section 12H(1), (2) and (4) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 do not apply to an environment reference standard.
