129 When a permit is required for an outdoor entertainment event
For the purposes of section 46 of the Act, the following outdoor entertainment events are prescribed permit activities—
an operation engaged in outside the standard operating hours;
a concert held during the following hours—
Monday to Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 12 noon;
Sunday or a public holiday, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon;
a concert engaged in for a period of more than 8 hours.
In this regulation—
standard operating hours means—
Monday to Saturday (other than a public holiday), from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and
Sunday or a public holiday, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
