16 Permission activities
For the purposes of section 44 of the Act, an activity set out in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 1 is a prescribed development activity if the corresponding entry in column 4 of that Table specifies that the activity is a prescribed development activity.
For the purposes of section 45 of the Act, an activity set out in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 1 is a prescribed operating activity if the corresponding entry in column 4 of that Table specifies that the activity is a prescribed operating activity.
For the purposes of section 46 of the Act, an activity set out in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 1 is a prescribed permit activity if the corresponding entry in column 4 of that Table specifies that the activity is a prescribed permit activity.
For the purposes of section 47 of the Act, an activity set out in column 3 of the Table in Schedule 1 is a prescribed registration activity if the corresponding entry in column 4 of that Table specifies that the activity is a prescribed registration activity.
Note
Subregulations (1), (2), (3) and (4) do not apply if, in relation to the activity, an exemption set out in Part 3.5 applies.
