219 Prescribed equivalent permissions
For the purposes of the Table in section 470 of the Act, the following new permissions are prescribed—
in relation to the old permission set out in item 3, an operating licence;
in relation to the old permission set out in item 5, a permit that specifies an activity set out in item 15 (A10a—Reportable priority waste (transport)—high risk) in the Table in Schedule 1 or a registration that specifies an activity set out in item 16 (A10b—Reportable priority waste (transport)—other) in the Table in Schedule 1, as appropriate.
For the purposes of item 6 of the Table in section 470 of the Act—
a permit, exemption, authorisation or approval specified in column 2 of an item of the Table is a prescribed old permission; and
a permission specified in column 3 of an item of the Table is a prescribed new permission.
