31 Prescribed matters Authority must consider when determining whether to issue permit exemption
For the purposes of section 82(4) of the Act, the following are prescribed matters—
(a)
the purposes of the Act;
(b)
the objective of the Authority;
(c)
the principles of environment protection;
(d)
whether granting the proposed exemption may adversely affect human health or the environment;
(e)
whether the applicant is a fit and proper person for the purposes of Chapter 4 of the Act;
(f)
whether, if the Authority has requested further information from the applicant, the applicant has provided sufficient information within a reasonable time.
