150 Publication of practice guidelines or withdrawal of practice guidelines
If the Commission issues practice guidelines, the Commission must publish notice of their issue—
in the Government Gazette; and
in an appropriate publication.
A notice published under subsection (1) must state that the practice guidelines may be inspected on the Commission's Internet site.
If the Commission withdraws practice guidelines, the Commission must publish notice of the withdrawal—
in the Government Gazette; and
in an appropriate publication.
The Commission must publish the practice guidelines on its Internet site.
For the purposes of this section, appropriate publication includes—
a newspaper circulating generally in Victoria; and
a publication relevant to a particular profession, trade or sector of the community to which the practice guidelines relate.
