165 Chairperson
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, must appoint one of the members of the Board to be the chairperson of the Board.
A person appointed as chairperson of the Board holds that office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in his or her instrument of appointment.
A person appointed as chairperson is eligible for reappointment.
A person appointed as chairperson of the Board may resign that office by writing delivered to the Governor in Council.
A person appointed as chairperson of the Board ceases to hold that office on ceasing to be a member of the Board.
