189A Review of amendments made by Justice Legislation Amendment (Anti-vilification and Social Cohesion) Act 2025
The Attorney-General must cause a review to be conducted of the operation of the amendments made to this Act and the Crimes Act 1958 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Anti‑vilification and Social Cohesion) Act 2025.
The review must be commenced no later than 5 years after the commencement of Part 3 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Anti‑vilification and Social Cohesion) Act 2025.
The review must be completed no later than one year after it commences.
The Attorney-General must cause a copy of the review to be laid before each House of the Parliament no later than 14 sitting days after receiving it.
