93 Harassment by employers and employees
An employer must not sexually harass—
a person seeking employment with that employer; or
an employee of that employer.
An employee must not sexually harass—
another person employed by his or her employer; or
his or her employer; or
a person seeking employment with his or her employer.
For the purposes of this section—
a municipal councillor is to be taken to be an employer of employees of that council;
a member of the governing body (however called) of a body corporate or unincorporated association is to be taken to be an employer of employees of that body corporate or unincorporated association.
