28 Control of risk
A supplier of prescribed equipment must ensure that any risk arising from use of the prescribed equipment is—
(a)
so far as is practicable, eliminated; or
(b)
if it is not practicable to eliminate the risk, reduced so far as is practicable.
Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
400 penalty units for a body corporate.
