Prescribed equipment not in use

Current

A person in charge of prescribed equipment must ensure that when prescribed equipment is not in use it is left in a state that does not create a risk, so far as is practicable, to any person.

Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;

400 penalty units for a body corporate.
