9 Functions of Director
The functions of the Director under this Act are—
to ensure that estate agents and agent's representatives comply with trust account procedures, professional conduct rules and other requirements of this Act and the regulations;
to initiate inquiries before the Tribunal;
to deal with prosecutions, inquiries and complaints under this Act;
