113 Persons on whom application must be served
The appropriate registrar for the court must serve a copy of an application made under this Division on the following persons, other than the applicant—
(a)
each party to the proceeding under which the family violence intervention order was made;

See the definition of party which includes the protected person, whether or not the person is the applicant.
(b)
if the protected person is a child, a parent of the child other than the respondent;
(c)
if the protected person has a guardian, the guardian.
