144OF CIP data custodian may disclose information to other CIP data custodians
S. 144OF inserted by No. 23/2017 s. 7.
A CIP data custodian may disclose confidential information to another CIP data custodian if—
(a)
the Central Information Point has requested confidential information from any CIP data custodian for the purposes of a CIP request; and
(b)
the disclosure relates to that CIP request; and
(c)
the CIP data custodian could have disclosed the information to the other CIP data custodian in response to a request under Division 2 or 3.
