8 Certificate of respondent's non attendance
For the purposes of section 139(2) of the Act, the prescribed form is—
(a)
if the certificate relates to an order under section 129 of the Act, Form 2 in Schedule 1; or
(b)
if the certificate relates to an order under section 130 of the Act, Form 3 in Schedule 1.
