23O Statement of gender impacts of the budget
(1)
The Minister must prepare a statement of the gender impacts of the budget for each financial year in association with the budget for that financial year.
(2)
A statement of the gender impacts of the budget must be laid before each House of the Parliament in accordance with section 27E.
