Financial Management Act 1994

Nothing in this Part limits any other power under any Act, statutory rule or other subordinate instrument which a fee and charge collector or any other entity may have to waive, defer, refund or reduce any fees and charges.

If a power to waive, defer, refund or reduce any fees and charges payable to a fee or charge collector under any Act, statutory rule or other subordinate instrument exists under that Act, statutory rule or other subordinate instrument, this Part only applies to the extent that the fee and charge collector cannot exercise that power under that Act, statutory rule or other subordinate instrument.
