66 Supply policies
A supply policy, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to a department or specified entity until a goods and services procurement policy is made and the supply policy is revoked.
A supply policy that remains in force under subsection (1) is taken to be a goods and services procurement policy for the purposes of this Act.
In this section—
commencement day means the day on which Part 6 of the Entities Legislation Amendment (Consolidation and Other Matters) Act 2026 comes into operation;
specified entity means an entity specified under section 54AA, as in force immediately before the commencement day;
supply policy means an instrument made under section 54L, as in force immediately before the commencement day.
