206 Act to be read as one with the Fines Reform Act 2014 and Criminal Procedure Act 2009
(1)
In the heading to section 4 of the Infringements Act 2006 after "Magistrates' Court Act 1989" insert ", Fines Reform Act 2014".
(2)
In section 4(1) of the Infringements Act 2006, after "Magistrates' Court Act 1989" insert ", Fines Reform Act 2014".
(3)
After section 4(3) of the Infringements Act 2006 insert—
"(4) Expressions used in this Act and in the Fines Reform Act 2014 that are not defined in section 3 or elsewhere in this Act have the same meanings as in the Fines Reform Act 2014.".
