In section 22(2) of the Infringements Act 2006—
S. 215(2)(a) repealed by No. 29/2016 s. 50(1).

S. 215(2)(b) amended by No. 59/2017 s. 97.
for paragraph (a)(i)(A) substitute—
"(A) an infringement offence for which an infringement notice was served on a person, other than a child, at any time before the outstanding amount of an infringement penalty together with any penalty reminder notice fee are registered with the Director under the Fines Reform Act 2014; or".
In section 22(2)(a)(ii) of the Infringements Act 2006—
for "in the case of any other infringement offence" substitute "in the case of a non-registrable infringement offence";
for "bringing" substitute "commencing".
