In force

(1)

In the heading to section 53 of the Infringements Act 2006, for "bringing" substitute "commencing".

(2)

In section 53(1)(c) of the Infringements Act 2006 for "plan." substitute "plan;".

(3)

After section 53(1)(c) of the Infringements Act 2006 insert—

"(d) if a person does not make the first payment in respect of a proposed payment plan in accordance with section 48, by 6 months from the due date of the first payment under that proposed payment plan.".
