109 Renewal of registration of a boat
(1)
The owner of a boat may apply to the Victorian Fisheries Authority for the renewal of the registration of that boat.
(2)
The Victorian Fisheries Authority may renew the registration of the boat if—
(a)
the Victorian Fisheries Authority is satisfied that the boat is to be used for one or more of the activities specified in regulation 108(1); and
(b)
the applicant has paid the prescribed fee for the renewal of the registration of the boat.
