192 Setting of fyke nets
The licence holder, when using any fyke net in a river, stream, creek or other watercourse must ensure that—
(a)
the fyke net or any fleet of fyke nets is not set so as to block more than half of the total width of the stream or more than half of the width of the main channel of the river or other watercourse; and
(b)
any fyke net or fleet of fyke nets is not set within 5 metres of any other fyke net or fleet of fyke nets.
