245 Activities authorised by Pipi Fishery Access Licences
A Pipi Fishery Access Licence authorises the licence holder to carry out the following activities—
(a)
the taking for sale, in the pipi commercial fishing management zone specified in the licence, of pipi;
(b)
the use, in the numbers specified in the licence under regulation 43, in the pipi commercial fishing management zone specified in the licence, of a dip net;
(c)
the possession, in the numbers specified in the licence under regulation 43, in the pipi commercial fishing management zone specified in the licence, of a dip net;
(d)
the engagement of no more than—
(i)
one licence operator; and
(ii)
one crew member.
