247 Taking of pipi only by hand collection or dip net
(1)
The licence holder must not take pipi by any means other than by—
(a)
hand collection; or
(b)
the use of a dip net.
(2)
The licence holder must ensure that any person acting on the licence holder's behalf does not take pipi by any means other than by—
(a)
hand collection; or
(b)
the use of a dip net.
