283 Restrictions on method of taking of mussels from Port Phillip Bay
(1)
The licence holder must not take mussels from Port Phillip Bay other than—
(a)
by hand; or
(b)
by the use of underwater breathing apparatus; or
(c)
by the use of a mussel rake from man-made structures.
(2)
The licence holder must not allow any person engaged to carry out an activity authorised by the licence to take mussels from Port Phillip Bay.
