30 Process for voluntary surrender of commercial fishery licence
(1)
The holder of a commercial fishery licence may advise the Victorian Fisheries Authority, in writing, that the holder wishes to surrender that licence.
(2)
The Victorian Fisheries Authority must, within one month after receiving a notice under subregulation (1)—
(a)
cancel the licence; and
(b)
advise the licence holder, in writing, that the licence is cancelled.
