307 Activities authorised by Abalone Fishery (Western Zone) Access Licences
An Abalone Fishery (Western Zone) Access Licence authorises the licence holder to carry out the following activities—
the taking of abalone (including a commercial quantity) for sale in the western abalone zone;
the use or possession of commercial abalone equipment in the western abalone zone;
the packing of abalone (including a commercial quantity) into bins in the western abalone zone;
the sale of abalone (including a commercial quantity) taken under the licence;
the possession of abalone (including a commercial quantity) taken under the licence;
the engagement of one or more licence operators and one or more crew members.
