375 Activities authorised by Rock Lobster Fishery (Western Zone) Access Licences
A Rock Lobster Fishery (Western Zone) Access Licence authorises the licence holder, using the boat specified in the licence, to carry out the following activities—
the use, in specified waters, of rock lobster pots in the numbers specified in the licence under regulation 43;
the possession, in specified waters, of rock lobster pots in the numbers specified in the licence under regulation 43;
the taking for sale, in specified waters, of rock lobster (including a commercial quantity) and fish (other than abalone, giant crab, jellyfish, pipi, scallop and sea urchin);

the use or possession, in specified waters, of fishing lines and hooks to take fish (other than abalone, giant crab, jellyfish, pipi, scallop and sea urchin) for bait for the purposes of rock lobster fishing;
the use, in specified waters, of any other equipment specified in the licence under regulation 43;
the possession of rock lobster (including a commercial quantity) taken under the licence;
the processing of rock lobster (including a commercial quantity) taken under the licence;
the sale of rock lobster (including a commercial quantity) taken under the licence;
the engagement of no more than 2 licence operators and one or more crew members.
In this regulation—
specified waters means the waters of the western rock lobster zone and in any other waters specified in the licence under regulation 43.
