385 Restriction on possession of rock lobster
The licence holder must not possess any rock lobster that has a tail fan with—
(a)
a punched hole in the central segment of the tail fan; or
(b)
the posterior quarter of the central segment of the tail fan removed by a traverse cut so that only the anterior three-quarters of the central segment of the tail fan remain attached.
