436 Shucking of abalone prohibited
(1)
The licence holder must not shuck abalone or possess shucked abalone.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to a licence holder who—
(a)
is the holder of a Fish Receiver (Abalone) Licence; and
(b)
shucks abalone or possesses shucked abalone under and in accordance with that licence, the Act and these Regulations.
