469 Definitions
In this Subdivision—
boat means a boat used by a person to conduct a fishing activity authorised under a fishery licence;
responsible person means—
(a)
a licence holder referred to in regulation 77; or
(b)
a person who is subject to an order under section 130(1)(e) of the Act requiring the person to install a vessel monitoring system.
