69 Taking of fish in an aquaculture fisheries reserve prohibited
The licence holder must not take or attempt to take any fish in a fisheries reserve established for aquaculture purposes unless—
(a)
the licence expressly authorises the taking of fish in a fisheries reserve established for aquaculture purposes; and
(b)
the licence holder, or a person acting on behalf of the licence holder, is acting in accordance with the licence, the Act and these Regulations.
