17 Application for cancellation of registration
(1)
A registered primary producer may apply to a declared authority to have the primary producer's registration with the declared authority cancelled.
(2)
An application under subregulation (1) must—
(a)
be in a form approved by the Secretary DEECA; and
(b)
contain—
(i)
the primary producer's name, ABN and address; and
(ii)
if the primary producer has an ACN, the primary producer's ACN; and
(iii)
the primary producer's—
(A)
phone number; and
(B)
email address.
