36 Nuisance or dangerous behaviour
(1)
A person must not behave in a manner that causes nuisance to any person in a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not behave in a manner likely to be dangerous to public health or likely to cause danger or injury to any person in a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(3)
A person must not move, displace or interfere with any thing constructed, erected or provided by, or on behalf of, the managing body in a forest reserve or forest park.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
