41 Authorised officer may request person to leave
If an authorised officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds that a person in a forest reserve, forest park or the Yarra Tributaries Forest Reserve is undertaking any activity without a permit issued by the managing body under these Regulations, the authorised officer may direct the person to cease doing the activity.
If an authorised officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds that a person in a forest reserve, forest park or the Yarra Tributaries Forest Reserve is acting in contravention of a determination of the managing body under these Regulations, the authorised officer may direct the person to cease doing the activity.
If an authorised officer is satisfied on reasonable grounds that a person has contravened these Regulations, the authorised officer may direct the person to leave a forest reserve, forest park or the Yarra Tributaries Forest Reserve or part of the forest reserve, forest park or the Yarra Tributaries Forest Reserve.
A person must comply with a direction of an authorised officer under subregulation (1), (2) or (3).
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
