58 Lighting, kindling or maintaining fires
(1)
The managing body by determination may set aside an area of a forest park as an area where the lighting, kindling or maintaining of fires, or of fires of a specified type, is restricted.
(2)
A person must not light, kindle or maintain a fire, or a fire of a specified type, in an area of a forest park set aside under subregulation (1) unless that person does so in accordance with the determination.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
