19C Conditions on registration
In registering a person as a fundraiser, the Director may impose conditions on the person in relation to the conduct by the person—
of fundraising appeals generally; or
of any intended appeal.

The Director, from time to time, may issue guidelines relating to the imposition of conditions under subsection (1).

The Director—
must publish the guidelines in the Government Gazette; and
may publish the guidelines on the Internet.

The guidelines take effect on the date of publication in the Government Gazette or such later date as is specified in the guidelines.
