24D Change of contact person to be notified
(1)
In this section contact person means the natural person who is notified as the contact person for a fundraiser under section 18(2)(e) or under subsection (2)(b).
(2)
If the person nominated as the contact person for a registered fundraiser ceases to act as the contact person, the registered fundraiser—
(a)
must appoint another person to act as the contact person as soon as is practicable; and
(b)
must notify the Director in writing within 7 days of the name and address of the person appointed.
