8 Application of Part
This Part applies if the Minister—
(a)
directs the monitoring licensee, under section 3.8A.2 of the Act, to provide a pre‑commitment system; or
(b)
has included as a condition of the monitoring licence that the monitoring licensee provide a pre-commitment system.
