109 Protection from liability
A person to whom this section applies is not liable to any action, claim or demand on account of any damage, loss or injury sustained or alleged to be sustained because of anything done or omitted to be done in good faith—

in or in connection with or incidental to the exercise of a power under, or purportedly under, section 107; or
in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in or in connection with or incidental to the exercise of such a power.

This section applies to—
the Chairperson of Energy Safe Victoria; and
Energy Safe Victoria; and
the employees and agents of Energy Safe Victoria.
