(1)
It is the intention of sections 109 and 109A to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975.

It is the intention of section 109, as amended by the Gas Industry Acts (Further Amendment) Act 1999, to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975.
