95 Occupier to be given copy of acknowledgement
(1)
An occupier who signs an acknowledgement under section 94 must be given a copy of the signed acknowledgement immediately.
(2)
If, in any proceeding, an acknowledgement is not produced to the court, it must be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that the occupier did not consent to the entry and search or to the seizure of the thing.
